An unforgettable sip. Grapefruit gives a citrus greeting, tequila a festive mood, and Max Hot Honey is the secret ingredient that makes everything better. “Paloma” means “dove” in Spanish — this cocktail is as light and free as its name.
Preparation

Flavour base. Fresh grapefruit juice is your best friend. Choose mezcal (smoky notes) or tequila (the classic).

Secret weapon. Add 1 tbsp of spicy honey.

Mixing ritual. Add the grapefruit juice, tequila, lime juice and spicy honey to a shaker. Shake well.

The finish. Fill a highball glass with ice, pour in the mix and top with soda water. Garnish with fresh mint.
