
Michelada

A Mexican fiesta in a glass. The Michelada has always been a favourite, and we've added our signature Max Hot Honey kick.
Preparation

Spicy rim. Mix kosher salt with Tajín (or chilli powder) on a plate. Moisten the rim with a lime wedge and dip it in the mix.

Flavour base. Fill the glasses halfway with ice. Combine the spicy honey with fresh lime juice.

Sauce symphony. Add the Clamato juice, soy sauce, hot sauce and Worcestershire sauce.

The finish. Top with cold Mexican lager. Garnish with a lime wedge and add a little more spicy honey on top.
Chef's tips
- —Want it spicier? Add more spicy honey.
- —Try non-alcoholic beer — it works great too.
- —Serve with tacos, nachos or ceviche.
