Dissolve the salt in warm water. In a large bowl, combine the flour, sprinkle the yeast on top, and pour in the salted water. Mix until the dough becomes shaggy, then knead for about 8 minutes until soft but not sticky.

Cover the bowl with a damp towel and let the dough rest for about 20 minutes. This allows the gluten to relax and makes the dough easier to shape.

Generously grease the pan with butter or cooking fat. Transfer the dough to the pan and gently stretch it toward the corners. If it springs back — just let it rest a little.

Cover the pan with a towel and let the dough rise for 2.5–3 hours until it becomes puffy. If large bubbles appear on the surface, gently pop them.
